Weekday Workout

The weather was gorgeous yesterday, so I hit one of the trails at my work during lunch. It was almost a little hot, but I am super thankful for the sunshine!


This song has always been my jam. It gets me pumped. I have issues, I know.
Another great reason to get out and run for even a little bit is that I can use my workout to donate to a cause close to my heart. You have to check out the Charity Miles app! It lets you pick a cause to donate to every time you run! Can’t beat that!
Another good day and workout in the books. It left me with some motivation and momentum to get through the rest of the day!
