Chill Gym Day

I’ve been pushing it hard the last few days with weights and running, and I’m sore. But, I still wanted to hit the gym today so I opted for something chill.

15 minutes of yoga and then 20 minutes on the rowing machine. It felt great to stretch out my muscles and listen to some jams. Disclaimer: this song was my jam. I swear I listen to some of the most inappropriate music, but this song totally got me today.
Ok, ok- not all of the song, just certain parts of the lyrics. Reminding me to stay in the moment, despite how broken I’ve been. That’s me today.
